Trading Memes: Dead Bears

TINA. There is no alternative. Negative retail sales? No bother. Rise in jobless claims? Irrelevant. Greece? Who cares. Consumer confidence suddenly dropping? Buy more.

All the concerns of January were put aside and stocks rallied mercilessly on low volume as the global drive to make all cash a depreciating asset continued with Sweden being the latest central bank to cut rates to negative.

And as all news, including false “deal” and denial rumors, were relentlessly bought bears were dead by the end of the week as stocks across the board broke out to new highs.

TINA rules above all.
